Designing Your Makeup Look
There are many factors that go into choosing a makeup look for your wedding day. First, the time of day will somewhat dictate how intense your makeup should be. You’ll also want your makeup to tie in with the overall look and feel of the wedding. THE MOST IMPORTANT factor is making sure the makeup suits your style and comfort level. You should feel excited about the way you look. It should feel special and have a little “wow!” factor but not feel like you traveled too far away from your normal self.
What's Different About Bridal Makeup
Bridal makeup is different than other types of makeup. It needs to look fresh and lovely in person, photograph beautifully, and hold up for an entire day. A lot of the makeup we wear in everyday life does not play well with the professional camera. Bridal artists must also carry makeup that withstands sweat and tears. The makeup must be applied in a way to combat all of the things we don’t want: fine lines, blemishes, oil, dry patches, streaks and more tears. The makeup needs to be very detailed so the close-up photos look beautiful and contoured enough so that the features stand out from a distance
Artist Rates
Bridal Makeup: $200
Bridal Party Makeup: $85 each
Jr. Bridesmaids Cheeks and Lips: Complimentary
(Bridal Party Makeup includes false lashes.)
Bridal Trials/Engagement Shoots
Makeup: $100
Extras
Airbrush Makeup: Additional $50 per person
On-Site Stay for Touch Ups: $30/Hourly
Early Morning Fee: $25 from 6-8 am // $50 any time before 6 AM.
Multiple Locations: $25 Set Up/Tear Down Fee for each additional location.
Group Discounts
10% off Bride’s ceremony makeup when booking 7 services or more. Does not apply to on-site stay for touch ups
*Travel charge depends on location and needs for accommodations, etc, and will be discussed prior to sending an invoice
How To Book Your Date
In order to book your date, I will need a signed contract with a 50% non-refundable deposit for wedding day services. Please contact me by email or phone to reserve your spot.
